Summary: We are seeking a Content Marketing & Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and driven individual who is passionate about storytelling and visual communication. You will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of marketing content, from social media to sales materials, to help elevate our brand and drive business growth.

· Content Creation and Graphic Design: Design and produce engaging marketing materials including print marketing, social media content, marketing presentations, sales enablement content, and other marketing and communication assets and visuals used throughout Kamps’ digital and print landscape (internal and external).

· Video Production: Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for marketing purposes, utilizing both handheld cameras and drones.

· Content Management: Manage the distribution of all created marketing content across various platforms (including social media).

· Tradeshow and Conference Marketing: Work closely with local third-party trade show exhibit vendor to ensure all sales and marketing materials are successfully delivered to Kamps sales team attending tradeshow and conference.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.

· Travel: Up to 10% travel (United States).

· Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.

· Proven experience in creating diverse marketing content, including social media posts, presentations, and sales collateral.

· Expertise in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.

· Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

· Experience operating drones and handheld cameras for professional content creation.

· Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.
