Kamps, Inc. has acquired Keystone Pallet & Recycling, a pallet company in Milton, Pennsylvania. Keystone’s operation sits near Kamps’ existing Milton facility, which makes this a natural fit for both teams.
All Keystone manufacturing employees are expected to join the Kamps team. Over the coming weeks, Kamps will optimize the workflow with the two facilities. With the facilities in proximity, we now have greater flexibility to be strategic about our operations by allowing each building to focus on specialized products and services. Keystone customers and vendors can expect the same people they know, now supported by Kamps’ systems, resources, and national network.
This acquisition expands our capacity in central Pennsylvania and strengthens our ability to keep pallets in use for as long as possible, whether through recycling, remanufacturing, or reuse. Kamps is zero waste certified and offers Comprehensive Pallet Lifecycle Services (CPLS). Bringing Keystone into the Kamps family advances that commitment and lets us serve customers in the region even better. We are excited to welcome the Keystone team to Kamps.
